Return & Refund Policy — Fitness Universe
1. Return Eligibility Period
Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Return Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if the product: - Is unused and in original condition; - Has all
original tags attached; - Is returned in the original packaging; - Includes all accessories and
components received; - Shows no signs of wear, washing, odor, stains, or alterations. Items that
do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: - Products showing signs of use; - Intimate apparel
or personal-use items; - Customized or personalized products; - Items marked as “Final Sale”; -
Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must report it within: - 30 days for
non-durable goods; - 90 days for durable goods. Clear photos and/or videos are required. All
items will undergo inspection. If no defect is found, the item will be returned at the customer’s
expense. If confirmed, Fitness Universe may: - Send a replacement (subject to availability); -
Issue store credit; - Provide a refund.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return: 1. Contact: contact@fitnessuniverse.com 2. Provide order number; 3.
Provide detailed explanation; 4. Attach photos or videos if applicable. Once approved, the item
must be shipped within 5 business days. Failure to do so will cancel the request.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a confirmed defect or operational error, Fitness Universe covers return
shipping. In all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are
non-refundable.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval. Refund methods: -
Credit/Debit Card: according to card issuer policies; - Bank transfer (when applicable): within
7–10 business days. Fitness Universe is not responsible for delays caused by financialinstitutions.
8. Refused Deliveries
Customers must refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged, tampered with, or incorrect.
Acceptance of delivery confirms the package was received in proper external condition.
9. Final Provisions
Fitness Universe reserves the right to: - Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy; -
Request additional documentation; - Update this policy without prior notice
