1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time
does not include shipping time. Fitness Universe may extend processing during high-demand
periods, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery: United States 7–20
business days, Europe 8–25 business days, Latin America 10–30 business days, Other regions
10–35 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, local taxes, and customs clearance
procedures. Fitness Universe is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges
imposed by authorities. Failure to pay customs fees may result in order abandonment without
refund.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or
incomplete information, or failure to collect the package, will require reshipping fees. No refund
will be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Fitness Universe is not responsible for courier delays, packages marked as delivered, or theft
after delivery. If a package is officially confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we may offer a
replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated
delivery date.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided after shipment. Tracking updates may take several days to
appear in the system. Fitness Universe is not responsible for tracking update delays.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned at customs, shipping costs will not be
refunded. Return shipping fees and customs penalties will be deducted from any eligible refund.

9. Force Majeure

Fitness Universe is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural
disasters, strikes, government actions, war, pandemics, or transportation restrictions.

10. Policy Changes

Fitness Universe reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior
notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes
